Traders Commitment Fee

As a festival, we introduced the Traders Commitment Fee, previously known as the Traders Agreement Deposit, in 2023 due to traders not abiding by five simple but effective rules. This has worked for both us as a festival and you, the trader, and we will continue to have this in place in 2027, but we have made this an easier process for 2027.
Â
The Traders Commitment Fee is a total of £20 (£50 for food traders), which will be returned to you as cash at 4.30pm on Sunday 27th June 2027 as long as the following rules are followed:

-
You, the festival trader, trade at Family Fest at the traders' trading times (see below)
-
You, the festival trader, do not pack up or leave early, causing blank pitches in the festival
-
You, the festival trader, park in the traders' car park, unless the vehicle is included in the pitch size (food traders will be provided a space for vehicles behind their pitch) and do not access the site during festival opening hours with your vehicle under any circumstances
-
You, the festival trader, are still trading with gazebo up and stock out at 4.30pm on Sunday 27th June 2027
-
You, the festival trader, listen to all instructions when at Family Fest, including pitching up correctly

In the event that the Traders Agreement Deposit rules are broken, your deposit will not be returned to you in hand on Sunday 27th June 2027.
