2027 camping

Make a whole weekend of it at Family Fest, in our festival campsite, making it the full festival experience! New in 2024, festival camping is back even bigger for 2027, and you don't want to miss it!

Camp with us in our festival campsite in a caravan, motorhome, or tent at Family Fest 2027. Join us from 3pm on Friday 25th June 2027 until midday on Monday 28th June 2027, and join other families in making the whole weekend of it at Family Fest.

As a festival, and after feedback in 2026, 2027 will have pitches for your different type of camping - if you'd like river views, we recommend turning up early! Also, NEW for 2027, we are introducing showers available to use throughout your stay at the festival campsite included with all pitches.

Family Fest Camping Includes...

Our 2027 camping includes;

- 3 nights camping (Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th June 2027) for up to 5 people

- Access to the festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday

- Clean toilets, for campers only

2027 Camping Terms & Conditions

Our camping rules for our festival campsite are detailed below. Please read the rules carefully before joining us on the festival weekend - Friday 25th to Monday 28th June 2027.

DO NOT bring any of the following within the campsite or onto the festival site, including car parks; gazebos, glass bottles, disposable BBQs (raised BBQs allowed, but must not touch the floor at any time), open fires, drones, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, disposable vapes or illegal substances of any kind.

Family camping ONLY. We only accept family campers at our festival campsite, and we will not accept large adult-only groups of 6 or more on site.

Campsite hours. The festival campsite opens at 3pm on Friday 25th June 2027. The campsite is open all weekend, to campers only, and will close at midday on Monday 28th June 2027. The main gate for the festival site will be closed at 10pm each evening, with no vehicle access until 7am the next day. Pedestrian access is allowed at all times.

Note: If you are off-site after 10pm, and arrive back after this time, please park in the layby outside the festival site and walk into the campsite, but please move your car into the car park by 9am on each festival morning.

Parking. All campers will be provided with pitches without a parking space. You will be required to park your vehicle in the camping festival car park. If you are in a motorhome, we have special pitches available for motorhomes only.

Toilets. We have basic event toilets and disabled toilets available to use for campers only. Please ensure they are cleaned after use and ready for the next campers to use. All toilets will be checked across the festival weekend, and cleaned where it is required by our festival team.

Showers. New for 2027, we have showers available to use between the following hours; 7am to 11am and 5pm and 10pm daily. All showers will be checked across the festival weekend and cleaned where it si required by our festival team.

WiFi/Phone Signal. We don't have public WiFi available on-site, but there is a mobile signal within the campsite. Please note that at busy times of the day, phone signals may be intermittent due to the number of persons on site.

Strictly quiet after 10pm. Please respect all campers, and we have a strictly quiet period of time between 10pm and 7am each evening. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

BBQ's and fires. We do NOT allow fires of any kind on site. Raised BBQs are allowed, but these must not be on the ground at any time. Any fires found on site will be extinguished immediately.

Alcohol. Own alcohol is not allowed within the festival site, but is allowed in the festival campsite only. We will be holding random bag searches at the festival entrance over the weekend. Bars are available on-site.

We reserve the right to remove any persons from the festival site or festival campsite for drunkenness, unruly behaviour or for breaking any of the conditions of the above.
