Meadows Campsite Rules

Please view our campsite rules below before booking your pitch

We would like you to enjoy yourself at Meadows Campsite, and your safety is important. By staying at Meadows Campsite at The Meadows, the following rules are in place for all campers.

Please read the rules carefully before booking with us for 2026 - Thursday 11th to Monday 15th June 2026.

​

DO NOT bring any of the following within the campsite or onto the festival site, including car parks; gazebos, windbreakers, glass bottles, disposable BBQs (raised BBQs allowed, but must not touch the floor at any time), open fires, drones, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, disposable vapes or illegal substances of any kind.

​

Campsite hours. Meadows Campsite is open as follows: Open from 5pm on Thursday 11th June 2026. Open all day Friday 12th June, Saturday 13th June and Sunday 14th June 2026. Closes midday on Monday 15th June 2026.

The main gate for the campsite will be closed at 10pm each evening, with no vehicle access until 7am the next day. Pedestrian access is allowed at all times.

​

Note: If you are off-site after 10pm, and arrive back after this time, please park in the layby outside the festival site and walk into the campsite, but please move your car into the car park by 9am on each festival morning.

 

Meadows Campsite Car Park hours. Meadows Campsite parking is open as follows: Open from midday until 9pm on Friday 12th June, 9am to 9pm on Saturday 13th June and 9am to 9pm on Sunday 14th June 2026. This is a private car park next to Meadows Campsite.

Parking. All campers will be provided with pitches with one parking space per pitch.

​

Toilets. We have basic event toilets and disabled toilets available to use for campers only. Please ensure they are cleaned after use and ready for the next campers to use. All toilets will be checked across the weekend, and cleaned where it is required by our festival team.

​

Showers. We have basic shower facilities available for all campers.​ Please turn off the water in the shower once you have used it and leave it in a condition for other campers to use.

​

WiFi/Phone Signal. We don't have public WiFi available on-site, but there is a mobile signal within the campsite. Please note that at busy times of the day, phone signals may be intermittent due to the number of persons on site.

​

Strictly quiet after 10pm. Please respect all campers, and we have a strictly quiet period of time between 10pm and 7am each evening. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

​

BBQ's and fires. We do NOT allow fires of any kind on site. Raised BBQs are allowed, but these must not be on the ground at any time. Any fires found on site will be distinguished immediately.

​

Alcohol. Own alcohol is allowed within Meadows Campsite, but please drink responsibly and sensibly.
 

We reserve the right to remove any persons from the festival site or festival campsite, for drunkenness, unruly behaviour or for breaking any of the conditions of the above.​​​​​​​​​​​
